Employment Status: W2 – Full Time

Compensation: Salary – $65,000-75,000 Depending on qualifications. Benefits Package (PTO, Health, Dental, Vision, 401k Contributions).

Summary:

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be vital in supporting our business development team by managing SAG’s client relationships. You’ll manage our client relationships, building trust and fostering positive interactions through clear and consistent communication. You’ll keenly understand client needs and proactively address any concerns, ensuring their satisfaction is a top priority.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their point of contact, understanding their needs, and addressing inquiries, requests, and escalations.
  2. Account Management: Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction by proactively identifying sales opportunities, monitoring account performance, and driving growth.
  3. Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support, resolving questions, concerns, and technical issues in collaboration with internal teams.
  4. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate client data, analyze trends and preferences, and generate reports to optimize customer relationships and inform decision-making. Manage Monthly, quarterly, and annual updates on client numbers.
  5. Communication and Collaboration: Coordinate across departments to ensure alignment in customer engagement strategies. Effectively communicate with clients.
  6. Customer Retention: Proactively analyze customer satisfaction, identify, and address concerns, and develop and implement strategies to cultivate loyalty and minimize customer attrition.
  7. Contribute to the development and execution of a strategic social media plan for SAG by working closely with the social media Team.
  8. Work Hours and Travel: Standard work hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday through Friday.. Occasional travel may be required.

 

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  2. Track Record of Success in customer relationship management, business development, account executive, or a related role.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  5. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and Mailchimp.
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  7. A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
